Failures of the Clinton's administration, or more preciously the advice he received from his law staff not to go after the middle eastern men, reveals the largest flaw of Mr. Clinton; Lack of conviction. He always put himself first. He was afraid of being critiqued for racial profiling, which it was not. The last time I checked, muslim pukes are flying planes and strapping bombs on their chest, not Mexicans, Whites, Japanese,.... But this character flaw is not limited to just Billy. Most politicians no matter what the party suffer from various degrees of the illness. And the aclu helps to spread it. We are in desperate need of a Teddy Roosevelt clone. God help us!
