As the Senate was debating the Nelson amendment Tuesday, CNSNews.com asked Feinstein: "Is it morally right to use tax dollars from pro-life Americans to cover insurance plans that cover abortion?"
Feinstein said: "Is it morally correct? Yes, I believe it is. Abortion is legal....
Not to be out done, Babsy Boxy claims that a murder of an unborn baby, is morally equal to a Viagra dose paid for by the gubmint! Which is also not the fed's job. And by the way Babbsy, killing a baby and popping the "blue woodrow pill" is not the same!

(CNSNews.com) – Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) on the Senate floor on Monday compared a woman’s choice to have an abortion with a man’s choice to privacy when seeking a prescription for Viagra, a drug used to enhance sexual performance. Boxer made her remarks while speaking against an amendment to the Senate health care bill introduced by Sen. Ben Nelson (D-Neb.). Nelson’s amendment would prohibit federal funds from paying for any part of any health insurance plan that covers abortion.
“The men who have brought us this [amendment] don’t single out a procedure that is used by a man, or a drug that is used by a man, that involves his reproductive health care, and say they have to get a special rider,” Boxer said. “There is nothing in this amendment that says if a man some day wants to buy Viagra, for example, that his pharmaceutical coverage cannot cover it, that he has to buy a rider.”

Dayum, John. How is it that I disagree with just about 90 percent of everything you always say but I still love you? Ok not 90. Maybe 75. Ok, 50, dammit.
ReplyDeleteGood thing you don't live near me John because I would make you buy me very expensive drinks.
You mentioned over at my pad that Diane answers your letters. Lucky man. I never got an answer from Chuckie to anything I ever wrote to him since his first term. I finally gave up, figuring, ah well, at least he's not Al D'Amato. Which brings me to, when the hell am I ever going to go into a voting booth without holding my nose while I vote?
Yo UW...Glad to see you at mi casa! Here is the deal, we may not agree in may areas, but we are normal Americans, who get, go to work, pay thwe bills, hit a happy hour, and agree to disagree! And still be pals! Great, you would try to make me buy you the expensive foo foo drinks that my fellow "necks" would give the business about, when I would buy you all the expensive Coors you would want! Like I say, you always have a beer in the well with me! You need to stop by The Hive and bash the Barry Hussien pinata around a bit!
