Out With The Law Breakers, In With The Good Folks
Looks like illegal aliens in Arizona are leaving the state, because they know they are law breakers. It won't be long until law-abiding citizens relocate to Arizona along with businesses. Arizona is a prime example of what can be done when good people take control of their government!

These few protesters who are upset because a Mexican resident who was attempting to enter our country, illegally, was shot with a stun gun and died. A stun gun? Why? Mexico's border patrol uses real guns. And why no protest over the fact that illegal aliens, many who are Mexican citizens, have murdered innocent, law abiding, American citizens? Illegal wannabe Anastacio killed himself when he decided to break the law. The coroner almost got it right, it was suicide by border patrol! It is sad the dude died, but that is the risk that should be in the minds of all who want to come here illegally.

Ok jj, here is what I believe, and I had to post it here because the new rules do not allow for certain information to be posted.
I would not appear on The Morning Mayor Show for a couple of reasons I believe it would be a set up by Emerson Drake to try to provoke me into a physical confrontation. One that he would lose. A story would be fabricated to the police with the sole purpose of landing me in the clink. The other reason I will not participate on the show, is because I do not interact with felons; That is why Emerson Drake is, and those who refuse to pay their bills; That is what Carmen Sabatino is doing. Both these guys feel that they have been wronged and are out for revenge. I feel Emerson, and not Carmen, is more dangerous because he lies and because he is a felon. I have talked in person with him, and he comes across as a calm, pleasant, and honest guy. But after being the target of him on The Hive, I now know he is a sociopath and I would not be surprised if he resorted to violence for hire against those he feels have wronged him.
So this is why I would decline an offer to appear on the show.

Ex Baseball Pitcher Reveals Barry Hussein As A Liar
This stuff can't be made up! Barry, without his teleprompter, when asked by Rob Dibble, " who was your favorite White Sox player?" Sounds simple to most fans; name your players. In classic form, Barry never answered Dibble. He made reference to the Mets, Cubs, and Oakland A's. Then after countless "uh's" on "oh's" the train wreck that is the fraud came to a smoking heap of rubble. He also stated that he was growing up in Hawaii and never was in Chi-town during the time Dibble was making reference to Barry's supposed love affair with The Sox. Gun Permits? It Is Called The Second Amendment
During his time in office, Mr. Christianson has mostly given the thumbs up to folks requesting a concealed weapons permit to business owners, and others who are able to show they may need a weapon for their own personal safety do to their career choice. The gentleman who is running against him, Mr. Rob Jackson, has the belief that any citizen who qualifies, and takes the required training, should obtain a permit. While I believe both these men are fine choices for the office, I would hope Adam would change his stance and allow citizens their constitutional right to carry a weapon. Good luck to both these men.

Where Is The Proof FBI?
If the charge of planning to kill a peace officer is true, these folks deserve to go to prison. But I would like to know if the weapons that were taken are illegal? And what laws says a private citizen can't teach themselves how to build a bomb? There is going to be more to this story than what is being told right now. The Day A Free America Was Put On Life Support

I am so glad that my relatives who fought in WWII and Korea have passed on to a better place. The America they fought for is on the brink of death. Barry Hussein and his Marxist storm troopers puked all over the Constitution today, and unless Barry receives Jesus, or has a heart attack, he will sign the bill. If there are any true conservatives left in politics, they have a great case against this illegal take over of the health care system. I am sure FDR is smoking a victory heater in Hades; his dream, and every loyal, freedom loving American's nightmare is upon us. LBJ surely slapping high fives with the former socialist ruler of the US.
If this is allowed to become the law of the land, what will be next? I will say be prepared to have your guns taken. The Demon Doll Nans will be telling you how you will be allowed to protect your family; sans guns. Even though these weapons protect here daily. Say good by to talk radio. And I mean all talk radio. Libs, these thugs will silence you just as quick as conservatives. Say hello to 10 dollar a gallon fuel. And best of all, say good by to the American dream where everyone is supposed to be equal; the only equal will be your income, unless you work for the Supreme Leader and Chief; Barry and whomever is thugs pick next. I pray our demise can be stopped through prayer and votes, but if not, by the bullet and sword. This is how our country was founded, and it looks as though it could be the way it will be saved.

Not allowing the LAD police officers to ask for proof of citizenship is just another example of an organization caving to the PC goon squad. Maybe Sheriff Joe from Maricopa County should be the next LAPD's police chief? Immigration and Customs Enforcement says more than 400 agents and local law enforcement officers fanned out across the state in a three-day search for immigrants with criminal histories who lack the right to remain in the United States.
In addition to the 280 with criminal records, ICE officials say another six people who are under deportation orders were also arrested.

Clemmons’ criminal history includes at least five felony convictions in Arkansas and at least eight felony charges in Washington. The record also stands out for the number of times he has been released from custody despite questions about the danger he posed.
Clemmons had been in jail in Pierce County for the past several months on a pending charge of second-degree rape of a child.
He was released from custody just six days ago, even though he was wanted on a fugitive warrant out of Arkansas and was staring at eight felony charges in all out of Washington state.

Maurice Clemmons, the suspect wanted in the slaying of four Lakewood police officers, was shot and killed in South Seattle early this morning by a Seattle police officer making a routine check of a stolen car.
The shooting occurred about the same time as Pierce County sheriff's detectives took into custody a man believed to have acted as a getaway driver in Sunday's slayings of the Lakewood officers.
Police also booked three people into jail on suspicion of providing assistance to Clemmons, said sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer.

Abortion Is Murder

There is a common thread to all of these news stories, regardless of those involved. Whether victim or person, whether protester or protested, whether born or unborn, all discussion of abortion revolves around the implication, the begged question and conclusion, that an unborn baby is a baby. No matter how we try to distance ourselves from this simple fact, using medical technology to push further and further out the timeline along which we may choose to circumvent the inevitable process of that person's being, there is no changing it. Abortion is the application of technology to a woman's body for the explicit purpose of preventing a human being from existing – a human being who, if left well enough alone, would by all rights and in all probability be born. This birth isn't merely a possibility and is not a choice; it's a biological fact, unless a natural miscarriage occurs.
Could any parent who is not a monster look at his or her newborn baby and wish it dead – wish it pre-empted, circumvented, prevented from being? Can any woman who is human willingly abdicate the title "mother" without also abdicating her own personhood, at least morally? Can any man truly claim he is a man at all if he is willing to allow innocent human life to come to harm? Can any individual who has watched a baby move its arms and shift its body on a sonographer's screen honestly believe that ending that unborn baby's existence is anything but a violent murder?
As a conservative-leaning libertarian, I don't want the government to control health care. I don't particularly want the government involved in decisions regarding abortion, either. The law regarding abortion, however, is quite irrelevant. The biological fact of abortion is that any abortion ends a human life. It snuffs it out. It assassinates it. Support legal abortion or don't, according to whatever rationalizations you employ, per whatever technological barriers you choose to erect between yourself and the admission of what you are condoning. Just don't try to tell any reasoning American citizen that abortion is anything but killing a baby.

Bower in Chief
Once again, or chump and chief proves that he does not place America, and Americans, first. He seems to be campaigning for "World's Chief and Chump."

He established a new precedent for how American presidents should pay obeisance to kings, emperors, monarchs, sovereigns and assorted other authentic man-made masters of the universe. He stopped just this side of the full grovel to the emperor of Japan, risking a painful genuflection if his forehead had hit the floor with a nasty bump, which it almost did. No president before him so abused custom, traditions, protocol (and the country he represents). Several Internet sites published a rogue's gallery showing how other national leaders - the prime ministers of Israel, India, Slovenia, South Korea, Russia and Dick Cheney among them - have greeted Emperor Akihito with a friendly handshake and an ever-so-slight but respectful nod (and sometimes not even that).
Now we know why Mr. Obama stunned everyone with an earlier similar bow to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, only the bow to the Japanese emperor was far more flamboyant, a sign of a really deep sense of inferiority. He was only practicing his bow in Riyadh. Sometimes rituals are learned with difficulty. It took Bill Clinton months to learn how to return a military salute worthy of a commander in chief; like any draft dodger, he kept poking a thumb in his eye until he finally got it. Mr. Obama, on the other hand, seems right at home now giving a wow of a bow. Some Simple Ways To Expose The Criminals Who May Live In Your Neighborhood
Here in Stanislaus County, we have access to our local court's public records. It allows for a person to type in a name, and see if there are any current or past criminal charges or convictions. There are also a few other places on the web that allows for a bit of detective work...One is wwwzabbasearch.com Type in a persons name or phone number and their address and phone number may appear. Yahoo people search is another easy site. Again, typing in either names, addresses, or phone numbers will quickly, in most cases, lead to the info you are looking for. Google Maps allows for actual photos of individual houses, and businesses to be seen. This is a great resource for those who want to know who is a felon, or child molester, living nearby. The local probation department offers a tip line for those concerned citizens that want to pass on information of those who are on probation that are involved in on going criminal activity.
It is very important to be aware of those who live in your neighborhood. Who knows, you may help bust an illegal pot growing operation or meth lab.

Professor Mac Punches White Lady; Charge Him With A "Hate Crime"

A prominent Columbia architecture professor punched a female university employee in the face at a Harlem bar during a heated argument about race relations, cops said yesterday.
Police busted Lionel McIntyre, 59, for assault yesterday after his bruised victim, Camille Davis, filed charges.
McIntyre and Davis, who works as a production manager in the school's theater department, are both regulars at Toast, a popular university bar on Broadway and 125th Street, sources said.
The professor, who is black, had been engaged in a fiery discussion about "white privilege" with Davis, who is white, and another male regular, who is also white, Friday night at 10:30 when fists started flying, patrons said.
McIntyre, who is known as "Mac" at the bar, shoved Davis, and when the other patron and a bar employee tried to break it up, the prof slugged Davis in the face, witnesses said.
"The punch was so loud, the kitchen workers in the back heard it over all the noise," bar back Richie Velez, 28, told The Post. "I was on my way over when he punched Camille and she fell on top of me."
The other patron involved in the dispute said McIntyre then took a swing at him after he yelled, "You don't hit a woman!"
"He knocked the glasses right off my face," said the man, who would only give his first name as "Shannon." "The punch came out of nowhere. Mac was talking to us about white privilege and what I was doing about it -- apparently I wasn't doing enough."

The Senate approved the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act by a vote of 68-29 on Oct. 22 after Democrats strategically attached it to a "must-pass" $680 billion defense appropriations plan.
Most Republicans, although normally strong supporters of the U.S. military, opposed the bill because it hands out federal money to states and local governments in pursuit of "preventing" hate crimes. The bill creates federal protections and privileges for homosexuals and other alternative lifestyles but denies those protections to other groups of citizens.
American Family Association President Tim Wildmon warned that the new law "creates a kind of caste system in law enforcement, where the perverse thing is that people who engage in non-normative sexual behavior will have more legal protection than heterosexuals. This kind of inequality before the law is simply un-American."
Wildmon said the legislation creates possible situations where pastors may be arrested if their sermons on sexuality can be linked in even the remotest way to acts of violence.
"It threatens free speech and freedom of religion and is totally unacceptable," he said.
As WND reported, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder admitted a homosexual activist who is attacked following a Christian minister's sermon about homosexuality would be protected by the proposed federal law, but a minister attacked by a homosexual wouldn't be.

And I love the fact that I have followed JPM in NASCAR. As for out having a taco? I like tacos too! Maybe my hall of fame QB should have said that the white guys were out having cheap beers and watching NASCAR?That's funny, and true!

He was booked on suspicion of cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sales and theft of electricity, Lt. Chris Fuzie said. The Modesto police Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Stanislaus Drug Enforcement Agency received information about the strong marijuana odor in the area of Kee Lane and Canopy Court, just east of Roselle Avenue and south of Sylvan Avenue. Fuzie said the investigators checked and could smell the odor for about two blocks in all directions. Police served a search warrant Tuesday with assistance from the Stanislaus County sheriff's Special Team Investigating Narcotics and Gangs. Fuzie said the investigators found the marijuana growing in three bedrooms that contained 97 budding plants with an estimated street value of $100,000 along with about 18 pounds of packaged pot with an estimated street value of $60,000. He said authorities seized the marijuana and the growing equipment worth approximately $20,000. The rental property had been converted into a growing operation. Fuzie said the house contained little more than a bed. The property owner told police he had no idea what was going on in the house and said a property management company was renting the house for him, Fuzie said.

Can we afford another four years of their rule? And now they've gone out and recruited another member for their Cabal. Glen Wild who hasn't a clue on what to do other than follow the lead of Van Groningen and Warda and is destined to Rubber Stamp the debt ridden plans of Allen Short.
These two people tried to raise your rates 22% in the last year alone.
Ask them about losing 10's of Millions of your money on a bungled geo-thermal project. They don't like to talk about it, but they are responsible for its plans and monitary losses.
Why are we lost $40 Million Dollars on a tragic mistake like MountainHouse? This community is north of Tracy! What in all creation are we doing there?
I remember now ...were losing MONEY. MILLIONS of Dollars of it. And who's paying for it? The MID rate payers.
And if these men aren't thrown out in the coming election we'll see our rate continue to rise faster than ever.

The bank allowed predatory lending which led to financial ruin for many.
Van Groningen admits that he would not involve the MID in the probable $80 million in losses on the Mountain House project if he could do it over again.
The MID is still paying for the losses on the Geothermal project with your money obtained by increased rates.

Would You Want George Maudlin Representing You In A Real Estate Deal?
George Maudlin is willing to break the simplest of rules, such as a ban from blogging at The Modesto Bee's The Hive. So what would he be willing to do if there were a lot of money on the line for him? A simple google search of Modesto real estate companies will lead you to his broker. I am sure the broker is a good, honest business man. But does he realize what George Maudlin could possibly do to his business. On top of that, George has close ties to a local politician, and the politico's staff member who rabidly attack local real estate brokers. I wonder if that would concern George's broker?
