The other morning on The Morning Mayor's radio/blogtalk show, Emerson Drake called some of Kari Abbey's relatives "Big body guards" and saying that "They were intimidating." He the made sure to say her husband was black, and it was her husband's relatives. Just another moronic statement from a pot farmer.

The new bail amount was raised to 1 million. The pretrial has once again been postponed to next month. This is going to be one long process. At this pace it will be years before this case is heard in front of the judge. In essence, this trial has not even started yet.
